Description

VILAYER DG is tailwalk's digital counter baitcasting reel, built for fishing styles where anglers must know the precise range of a fish school, such as ikametal, tachiuo (hairtail) jigging and tai-rubber, plus boat ajing and small-medium migratory fish. It features one-touch spool exchange, a large LCD display with green LED backlight for night visibility, a 2-spool memory function, high-cut compensation, and a boat-side alarm.

Materials: reinforced carbon center frame and side cover, 32mm aluminum spool, ultra-hard brass drive gear.

This listing stocks 100-DH (6.6:1 gear ratio, 120mm double handle, 250g) and 100HG-PH (7.3:1 gear ratio, 70mm single handle, 240g), each in right (R) and left (L) handle versions.

Information

The drivetrain

A reinforced carbon frame and 32mm aluminium spool keep the Vilayer DG light and stiff, while one-touch spool exchange and a large backlit LCD display let anglers track exact depth without breaking rhythm.

What it's built for

Built for fishing styles where knowing precise depth matters most — ikametal and tachiuo (hairtail) jigging, tai-rubber, boat ajing and small-to-medium migratory fish — with a 2-spool memory function and high-cut compensation for working structure or bait schools at depth.

How it fishes

The digital counter lets anglers return to a productive depth instantly after a fish or re-rig, while the boat-side alarm and green LED backlight keep the display usable after dark or in low light.

Spools and spares

Pair the 100-DH double-handle model with a light jigging or tai-rubber rod on PE0.8–1.5, or the 100HG-PH single-handle model for faster, more compact ikametal work on the same line class.
