Refund Policy

At The Lure Pack, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a money-back guarantee to ensure you have confidence in your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to provide a refund under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To qualify for a refund:

The request must be made within 90 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

If any lures have been opened or used, a partial refund will be issued based on the number of lures that remain in their original condition.

Example: If a pack contains six lures and three have been used, 50% of the order value will be refunded, minus the $10 USD return shipping cost.

The exception to this rule is if any of the products are defective, damaged when they arrived to you or not as described. No return shipping fee will be charged.  

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 8 business days of confirmation once the item arrives back to the warehouse. 

Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).

3. Return Shipping & Fees

We provide a return label, and customers are responsible for shipping items back to our designated return location:

United States: Returns go to our US warehouse we will provide the address on the return label. 

Australia: Returns go to our Australian warehouse we will provide the address on the return label. 

 

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items:

We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

If the item is out of stock, we will replace it with a similar or equivalent item.

If damage is caused by the courier, we will cover return shipping costs and resolve this without any payment or penalty to the customer. 

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

Items that are not in their original packaging or have excessive wear and tear caused by the user.

Final sale or promotional items.
