Shipping Policy for The Lure Pack

At The Lure Pack, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable shipping process. Below, you will find our shipping terms, estimated delivery times, and policies regarding lost, delayed, or returned packages. All orders are shipped from Japan. 

1. Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 72 business hours of purchase and shipped after this time. 

Subscription Shipping: Subscription packs are shipped monthly on the same date as the original order placement and once the money has been billed. 

Shipping Carriers: We use a variety of shipping partners, including Japan Post  and national postal services, depending on the destination.

No Express Shipping: At this time, we do not offer express shipping services.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the destination and shipping method. Once orders are processed, these estimated shipping times then apply:

Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays with the shipping carrier.

3. Customs Fees & Import Taxes

We cover all customs fees and import taxes, ensuring customers do not face unexpected charges.

If your country requires additional documentation for customs clearance, we will provide it upon request. 

4. Address Updates & Delivery Issues

Customers must update their shipping address within 48 hours of placing an order to ensure timely delivery if there address has changed. 

If a subscription pack is sent to an old address due to customer error, we will attempt to recover the package, but if unsuccessful, no refund will be issued.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the package.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Lost packages confirmed by the courier will be replaced at no extra charge.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we will investigate the case with the courier. 

Customers are responsible for tracking their package and contacting us promptly if they notice a delay or issue.

If an order is delayed due to factors outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or customs processing), we will provide support but cannot guarantee delivery timelines.

6. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailability), we will notify the customer.

Customers will be given the option to reship the package (additional shipping charges apply) or receive a refund minus the original shipping cost.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote areas may experience longer-than-expected delivery times.
