Subscription Policy & Process

At Angler’s Bento Box, we offer a monthly subscription service designed to deliver high-quality fishing gear directly to your door. This policy outlines the subscription process, payment terms, cancellation options, and management of subscriptions to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for our customers.


1. Subscription Overview

  • Our subscription service provides a monthly fishing gear box curated with premium lures and tackle.

  • Customers receive a new box each month, with shipments aligned to their initial order date.

  • Subscription plans are auto-renewing on a monthly basis, ensuring uninterrupted service unless canceled or paused by the customer.


2. Subscription Enrollment Process

  • Customers may enroll in a subscription by selecting the subscription option on our website and completing the checkout process.

  • Upon successful enrollment, customers will receive a confirmation email with subscription details and the expected shipping date of their first box.

  • The first box is packed and shipped within 72 business hours of initial signup.


3. Billing & Payment Terms

  • Subscription payments are processed automatically each month on the same date as the initial order.

  • Customers will be charged the subscription fee to their selected payment method on file.

  • If a payment fails, the subscription will be paused until payment is successfully completed.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • Customers will receive a billing notification before the next charge is processed.


4. Managing & Modifying Subscriptions

  • Customers can manage their subscription through their online account portal, including:

    • Updating payment details

    • Changing shipping addresses

    • Adjusting box preferences (if available)

    • Viewing past orders and billing history

  • If a customer has issues accessing their portal, they can email us at hey@anglersbentobox.com, and we will assist them.


5. Skipping or Pausing a Subscription

  • Customers have the flexibility to skip the next month’s box or pause their subscription indefinitely.

  • Skipping or pausing must be done before the next billing date to take effect.

  • If a box has already been packed and shipped, the skip/pause request will apply to the following month.


6. Subscription Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • If a cancellation is requested after a box has been packed and shipped, the cancellation will apply to the following month.

7. Subscription Renewals & Auto-Renewal Notifications

  • All subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled before the billing date.

  • Customers will receive a reminder notification before the renewal charge is processed.

  • If payment fails, the subscription will pause automatically until payment is updated.


8. Returns & Refunds for Subscription Boxes

  • Due to the nature of subscription boxes, returns are not accepted unless the items are damaged or defective.

  • If an item is damaged or missing, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the subscription box is lost during transit and confirmed by the courier.


9. Shipping & Delivery for Subscription Boxes

  • Subscription boxes are shipped monthly on the same date as the initial order.

  • Customers must update their shipping address at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to ensure delivery to the correct location.

  • Lost or delayed shipments: If a box is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement will be sent at no additional charge.
