Description
The Palms Ark Rover (Ark Rover) is a jerking minnow built to master jerkbait fishing, targeting sawara (Spanish mackerel) among other pelagic gamefish. On a jerk-induced draw, it produces a hybrid action combining a wide, three-dimensionally arcing dart with a sharp flash-turn; on a straight retrieve, its diamond-shaped lip drives a wobble-roll action that never lets up, flipping the target's feeding switch and inducing bites that are hard for fish to see through, so they can be tracked right up to the angler's feet.
A material- and centre-of-gravity-focused weight system combines two front stainless balls with a rear, higher-density tungsten ball: on the cast it shifts fully to the rear for distance, and on the retrieve it resets to the front for a fast stand-up and stable action, all inside a low-air-resistance, high-strength body built to also handle incidental encounters with other pelagic gamefish. This AR-125S is 125mm, 17g, sinking, Hook Size #6 (compatible with #6-#5), offered in 17 colours.
