Duel Aile Magnet TG Minnow 125F 125mm

The Aile Magnet TG Minnow is a floating minnow built around Duel's Tungsten x New Magnet Weight Transfer System: a magnetic tungsten ball shifts to the rear of the body under casting load for extended distance, then locks in place via a strong internal magnet during the retrieve, delivering a stable wobble-roll action across all retrieve speeds.

Suited to seabass fished over shallow structure and current lines, where a floating minnow running at around 1.3 m needs to be worked through the top of the water column without digging into the bottom. Overcast conditions and a bit of surface chop generally improve results, since the lure is less likely to spook fish holding shallow.

A steady moderate retrieve shows the wobble-roll; slow down over structure to keep it high in the water, or speed up to punch through current seams and provoke a reaction bite. Change the retrieve speed through the cast to find what triggers fish on the day, since preference can shift between sessions.

Suits an 8'6"-9'6" M seabass spinning rod, a 3000-4000 reel, PE1-1.5 braid and a 20-25 lb fluorocarbon leader, matched to the lure's cast rating of around 70 m. Back the drag off slightly for close-range work around structure, and check the leader knot regularly given the abrasive ground this style of fishing covers.
