Apia Dover 46 Slow Sinking

The DOVER46 Slow Sinking is the smallest model in Apia's DOVER series, a 46mm, 2.3g slow-sinking micro minnow with wobble-roll action that works a 10–60cm range on #14×2 DECOY YF33B trebles. It's built as a "complete feeding-type" micro minnow: weight is pared down to the limit for a slow-sinking fall that reacts to the slightest water-flow change, letting it drift like real food rather than swim unnaturally.

The maker names mebaru (rockfish) as the main target, with a secondary track record on seabass in the depths of winter. It covers small baitfish as well as micro-bait patterns keyed to mysid shrimp and crustaceans; on a slow retrieve its lip holds an intended course better than a straight sinking pencil, suiting pinpoint casts at large mebaru around rocky shorelines, and it can be stopped over a chosen spot and left to drift in place to draw a bite.
