Information

The swimming action

A natural head-roll swimming action built around flat body sides for a sharp, high-contrast flash, with a K-TEN magnet weight-transfer system giving unusually long casting distance for the body size.

When to throw it

Downsized for small spots and harbour areas, suited to seabass working shallow water in tight, confined harbour and estuary spots where the extra casting range gives room for controlled, accurate presentations.

How to work it

Runs well on a straight swim, and also takes twitch and jerk retrieves to break the steady head-roll and trigger a reaction from wary fish.

The setup it likes

Suits a medium-power seabass spinning rod around 8'0"-8'6", a 2500-3000 reel, 8-12 lb braid (PE0.6-1.0) and a 14-18 lb fluorocarbon leader.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?
