The swimming action

The balsa-wood body gives a lively, tight swimming wobble and a stable, countable sink rate, so the lure keeps working attractively all the way down as well as on the retrieve.

When to throw it

A go-to searching lure for seabass, useful whenever fish are holding well away from the surface and a specific depth needs to be found and repeated on structure or open water.

How to work it

Count the lure down to the depth you want to fish, then retrieve steadily or with light twitches; because the sink rate is consistent, the same count reaches the same depth on every cast.

The setup it likes

A medium spinning rod (M, 8–9ft) with a 3000 reel, 10–12lb braid and a 16–20lb fluorocarbon leader suits this size.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.
