Information

The swimming action

A heavy-bodied glide swimbait shaped on the konoshiro (gizzard shad) profile, throwing a wide, slow side-to-side glide near the surface rather than a tight wobble — built to imitate a big, wounded baitfish rather than blend in with a school.

When to throw it

Night sessions and low light around harbours, river mouths and structure where big seabass key on single large baitfish, particularly when a bulkier profile is needed to draw a fish out from cover.

How to work it

A slow, steady wind keeps the glide wide and unhurried; work it with occasional twitches through likely holding water and let it hang on the pause, since the glide itself is the trigger, not speed.

The setup it likes

A 9'-9'6" heavy seabass or light game rod rated for 40g-plus lures, matched to a 4000-5000 reel, PE 1.5-2 braid and a 25-30lb fluorocarbon leader to control the casting weight.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
