Flash-J Shad 1" Feco (Flash-J Shad 1" Feco Feco) is the smallest size in Fish Arrow's Flash-J Shad line — an ultra-realistic micro shad soft plastic with crisp, vivid action.

Built for downshot rigs and jig-head swimming, it's suited to both largemouth and smallmouth bass as a finesse option, and Fish Arrow also lists it for light-game saltwater use.

Supplied in packs of 6. The range is offered in six colourways: Watermelon/Silver, Wakasagi/Silver, Live Ayu/Silver, Lake Wakasagi/Silver, Ghost Wakasagi/Aurora and Reservoir Shad/Silver; this listing stocks the Live Ayu/Silver (#F22) colourway.

Information

The swimming action

A shad-tail worm whose tail joint is deliberately thinned and the tail itself kept small, mimicking a weak, frail baitfish for a more natural swimming action than a standard paddle tail.

When to throw it

A finesse micro shad for pressured largemouth and smallmouth, built for downshot rigs and jig-head swimming. It suits the same cover-fishing and reservoir bank situations that UK and European bass anglers already use similar-sized baits for.

How to work it

Swim it steadily on a jig head at a moderate pace; because it doesn't load up the rod much, you can fish it faster than a bulkier swimbait without it blowing out.

The setup it likes

6'6 inch ML spinning rod, 2500 reel, 4-6 lb fluorocarbon. This gives enough backbone to drive trebles or a single hook home on the strike while staying light enough to cast the bait accurately all day.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
