Information

The drivetrain

A 38mm super duralumin spool and high-strength brass gearing give the 200 series serious cranking power, with a 100mm aluminium crank handle and I-shape power knob built for grinding rather than finesse casting.

What it's built for

For heavy-line, PE, big-fish saltwater baitcasting: large swimbaits, big poppers or heavy jigs from a boat or breakwater rather than everyday light lure work.

How it fishes

Works best loaded with mid-to-large hardbaits and heavier jigs, using the high-strength gearing to keep winding evenly under strong resistance from big fish.

Spools and spares

Pair with a heavy-power baitcasting rod, 20-40lb fluorocarbon or 40-60lb braid with a heavy fluorocarbon leader.
