Information

The swimming action

The Kumihon 70S uses an internal tungsten weight that shifts on the retrieve, locked by a small neodymium magnet during the cast and immediately after landing. This keeps the body low and tracking exactly where it is aimed, with a tight, quick-responding action that holds up to twitching and jerking.

When to throw it

Built for casting accuracy around complex, structure-heavy spots — dock pilings, rock edges and tight current lines — by day or night, where a bait that flies and lands straight is the difference between a clean cast and a snag.

How to work it

Works well on a fast, straight retrieve or worked with twitches and jerks; fine-tuning the eyelet angle on the line tie helps it track true.

The setup it likes

Suits an ML 7–8ft spinning rod with a 2500 reel, 6–10lb braid or PE0.6–0.8 and a 12–16lb fluorocarbon leader for structure fishing.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
