Description

Berkley Gulp! Sandworm 2 is the bite-sized 2 inch (5 cm) member of Berkley's scent-dispersing Gulp! Sandworm range, formulated with a taste-and-scent Formula and a water-friendly material designed to appeal to a wide range of fish. It carries 48 legs for a strikingly realistic profile, with those legs catching the water flow to generate the fine micro-vibration fish key in on.

It works equally well worked along the bottom or drifted with the current, and is available here in Clear Camo, White Pearl Glow, Bloody Red, Camo, Motor Oil, Natural, New Penny and White.

Information

The swimming action

A realistic worm profile carrying 48 legs that catch the water flow to generate a fine micro-vibration, with little independent swimming action of its own beyond that fine leg movement on the drop or during a slow drag along the bottom.

When to throw it

A general bottom bait for saltwater species that respond to a worm-style profile, whether worked along the sea floor or drifted naturally with the current, suiting harbours, breakwaters, surf beaches and other mixed-ground marks across most seasons of the year.

How to work it

Fish it along the bottom on a light jig head or small hook, or let it drift with the current on a light rig, keeping movement slow and natural so the many legs keep moving without the bait travelling too far too quickly.

The setup it likes

A rockfish or light finesse spinning rod in L to ML power pairs well with this bait, run on a 2000-2500 reel loaded with PE 0.6-1.0 braid or 6-10 lb fluorocarbon main line and finished with a 6-10 lb fluorocarbon leader to handle rock and structure.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
