Berkley Gulp! Pulse Craw 3

The Gulp! Saltwater PulseCraw 3inch is a craw-shaped soft lure developed to target large rockfish species such as ainame (fat greenling) and soi. Its large pincers sway in the current to draw fish in, then fold back under water resistance on the drop to hold a strike window, while the ribbed body generates pulsing vibration to trigger bites from fish that ignore other baits. A tear-resistant material is used so the bait holds up to being worked tight into tetrapod holes and weed beds.

Made from Berkley's water-based Gulp! formula, it releases scent and flavour up to 400 times faster than ordinary soft plastics that don't dissolve in water. Best fished on a Texas rig with a lift-and-fall retrieve along the bottom for low-activity rockfish feeding on crustaceans.
