The Chibi PaniCra DR-SS reaches the same roughly 50 cm depth as the standard DR but carries a more subdued action, tuned for a slower retrieve while still holding the PaniCra family's compact 25 mm body and casting distance.

When to throw it

Suited to pressured or low-activity stocked trout where the standard DR's livelier action draws refusals; the calmer wobble makes it easier to trace a consistent depth band past cautious fish.

How to work it

Retrieve it slowly and steadily to hold the depth band; the twin-hook treble set-up helps make the most of the shorter, more tentative bites typical of pressured fish.
