Information

The swimming action

A natural sit-and-twitch surface presentation styled on a fallen grasshopper; the Suspending tune hangs in place on the pause for a longer, more deliberate hover than the Floating version.

When to throw it

Suited to streams and lakes where trout are actively feeding on terrestrial insects blown or falling onto the water, particularly in summer and early autumn around grassy banks.

How to work it

Cast tight to cover and work it with short twitches separated by long pauses, letting the lure imitate an insect struggling on the surface rather than swimming away.

The setup it likes

Suits an ultralight trout rod, a 1000-1500 reel, 2-3 lb (PE0.2-0.4) main line and a 3-4 lb fluorocarbon leader.

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?
