The drivetrain

Adds Shimano's Infinity technologies to the Magnum Light platform: Infinity Loop for denser line lay and less cast-release resistance, Infinity Cross for greater gear-tooth durability, and Infinity Drive's low-friction main-shaft bushing for a powerful retrieve under load in a genuinely light body.

What it's built for

A size run from the compact C2000S up to the C5000XG lets the same flagship-adjacent feel cover light finesse work through to bigger inshore and offshore lure and bait applications in one series.

How it fishes

Micro Module Gear II and X-Ship keep the retrieve smooth and quiet across the whole range, with HG and XG gearing options on several sizes giving faster line pickup where a technique calls for it.

Spools and spares

Match smaller C2000S/C2000SHG sizes to light spinning rods on 3–6 lb line, and step up through 3000MHG/4000-series to C5000XG for heavier lures, bigger fish and 10–20 lb line.

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?
