Information

The swimming action

Mecha Babel is a very light 0.3g area spoon that flutters and rocks on the fall, its tiny size giving a subtle flash rather than a strong vibration.

When to throw it

Suited to area and pond trout fishing, particularly finesse situations where a very light, natural-looking spoon draws bites that heavier lures miss.

How to work it

Fish it on a slow retrieve or a simple lift-and-fall, letting it sink on a semi-slack line and watching the line for a twitch as it falls.

The setup it likes

Suits a light L–UL area rod, a 1000–2000 size reel, 2 lb line and no leader for stocked-pond trout.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
