The Babecon's hollow-body plastic construction and dedicated hook slit keep the treble seated securely while giving a slower, more hesitant fall than a metal spoon of the same weight, working equally well along bottom, on the drop or on a steady retrieve.

When to throw it

As the heaviest Babecon, it casts further and gets down faster than the rest of the line while keeping the same slow-fall action, useful for covering more water or fishing slightly deeper.

How to work it

Work it along the bottom, let it fall on a controlled drop, or retrieve it steadily; varying the presentation through a session helps find what pressured fish want that day.

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.
