Description

The Jackall Speed Vib 7g measures 42 mm and weighs 7 g, rigged with a front #12 and rear #12 treble hook. Its solid resin body is thinner than a moulded, air-chambered vibration bait, giving a fast, sharp response on the retrieve, while weights set at the outer edges of the body aid casting distance and a stable flight.

The added weight of the 7 g model produces a shimmying fall: on a slack line, without added rod action, the bait wobbles as it sinks, prompting reaction bites on the drop as well as on a standard retrieve. This listing covers four official Jackall colourways: Pond Clown, Ghost Chigill, Reaction Black Gill and Silver Glitter Smelt.

Information

The swimming action

A solid resin body thinner than a moulded, air-chambered vibration bait gives a fast, sharp response on the retrieve, with edge-set weights aiding casting distance and stable flight.

When to throw it

Suited to coldwater bass and reaction-bite situations where extra weight and a faster fall are wanted compared to the lighter 3.5g model.

How to work it

On a slack line with no added rod action, the added weight produces a shimmying fall that prompts strikes on the drop as well as on a standard retrieve.

The setup it likes

Suits a medium spinning or baitcast rod, 8-12 lb fluorocarbon and a stock treble hook set.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?
