Description
The Caramel Shad is issei's Umitaro-series shad-tail soft plastic, built around an original tail shape that keeps churning the water even under a fast, high-pitch retrieve. A high-volume body pushes water on the retrieve and the fall, while the tail whips up a strong pulse that broadcasts the bait's presence to nearby fish. This 2.6in size ships in a pack of 7.
It is designed for retrieve and swimming-style presentations aimed at rockfish such as kasago, kijihata and akahata, as well as other predatory fish. Rig it on a matching offset hook (recommended size #4 to #2).
