Description

Hideup HU Minnow 111FS (HU Minnow 111 Floating Swisher) is a floating swisher in Hideup's HU-Minnow series. It carries a custom-tuned propeller developed through repeated fine adjustment, giving it a wide range of actions from ultra-slow retrieves and steady straight retrieves to diving moves; the propeller keeps spinning even at very low speeds and continues to turn on the rise after a dive to help trigger strikes.

Body length is 111mm and weight is approximately 13g, floating, diving to roughly 30cm at most, with #6 treble hooks front and rear. This listing stocks a selection of the maker's official colourways.

Information

The swimming action

A finely tuned propeller keeps spinning even on an ultra-slow retrieve and continues turning on the rise after a dive, giving a wide range of action from a barely-moving crawl to a diving dart.

When to throw it

A floating swisher for calm-water bass sessions — early morning and evening surface bites, or working visible cover where a subtle, slow presentation out-fishes a faster topwater bait.

How to work it

Work it from a dead-slow straight retrieve through to a steady wind, or twitch the rod tip to make it dive to around 30cm before it rises again, spinning throughout.

The setup it likes

A 6'6"-7' M spinning or baitcast rod, 12-16lb fluorocarbon or 30lb braid, suits this size of propeller bait for bass.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?
