Description
The Evergreen Jack Hammer 3/4oz is a bladed jig (chatterbait) co-designed by Seizo Shimizu and Brett Hite, built on a low-centre-of-gravity flat head with a 0.4mm stainless steel blade, a Gamakatsu Oceanic Bend heavy wire hook, a double wire trailer keeper, a silicone rubber skirt and a Decoy Egg Snap #2 cross-lock snap.
At 3/4oz it's built to fish the 2-3.5m range, giving the same tight, high-pitch rolling and wobbling action with the blade knocking against the head for a distinct low-frequency thump you can feel through the rod – a step up in weight from the lighter models in the range for working bass cover deeper down.
