Information

The swimming action

The tandem willow leaf set-up pairs a slimmer Indiana blade up front with a flash-heavy willow blade behind, producing strong vibration without an overly showy rotation. A hammered blade finish and blade-stabilising beads keep the retrieve smooth and consistent, while the low-centre-of-gravity head holds the bait upright and tracking true at any speed.

When to throw it

This all-round blade combination is not fussy about field or condition, making it a solid choice through spring and summer around cover, points and grass lines where bass are actively feeding. It works equally well over submerged timber or along a steep bank where a searching bait needs to cover water quickly.

How to work it

Fish it on a steady, moderate-speed retrieve to let the blades find their rhythm, or slow-roll it deeper along drop-offs and cover. A light-wire arm protects the hook point on the retrieve while keeping hook-up percentages high when a bass commits.

The setup it likes

Evergreen recommend a medium-light to medium-heavy 6'0"-7'0" baitcasting rod paired with a 6.3:1-7.1:1 reel, running 8-16lb fluorocarbon or 10-20lb nylon main line straight to the lure.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.
