Description

The Evergreen Bow Worm 6 is a 6-inch straight worm designed by Toshifumi Kikumoto, built with a reversed front-and-back rib structure that grips the water to create a distinctive fall and fine vibration aimed at big bass. It ships 10 to a pack, available here in #11 Scuppernong, #13 Amber Red/Green, #33 Green Pumpkin/Blue, #58 Solid Black, #73 Numaebi (Freshwater Shrimp), #134 Nightcrawler (Earthworm) and #135 Fuji-iro Worm (Purple Worm).

Evergreen positions the 6-inch as the all-rounder of the Bow Worm range, keeping bulk in check while retaining the same water-grabbing action that makes the larger sizes so effective.

Information

The swimming action

The reverse-rib body grips the water to create a distinctive fall and fine vibration aimed at bigger bass. Sitting between the smaller Bow Worm sizes and the full 12in version, it keeps the same bowing, flexing action in a more manageable, all-round size.

When to throw it

Positioned by Evergreen as the all-rounder of the Bow Worm range, suited to general bass fishing across open water and cover where a size between the finesse 4.2/5in and the oversized 12in is wanted.

How to work it

Fish it Texas-rigged or as a rubber jig trailer, letting it fall on a controlled slack line so the reverse-rib action can work fully. Most strikes come on the fall or shortly after the bait settles.

The setup it likes

A medium to medium-heavy baitcasting rod with 12-16lb fluorocarbon suits this all-round size. Rig on a 3/0-4/0 offset worm hook with bullet weight sized to the cover being fished.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.
