Description
The Apia Hydro Upper 90S is a 90mm, 16g sinking pencil built around a rising concept rather than a conventional lipped design: its lip sits at a reverse angle, deflecting water downward on the retrieve so the body lifts toward the surface with a variable tight-roll action.
