Description
The Apia Argo 200 is a 200mm, 105g topwater floating pencil built as the largest model in the Argo series, aimed at seabass keyed onto large baitfish such as konoshiro (gizzard shad). It carries three #1/0 trebles (BKK FANGS-62UA) and uses a magnet weight-transfer system to help maintain casting distance despite its size, with a twin-cup face designed to throw a strong splash and draw strikes from fish that ignore smaller topwater lures.
Developed by Apia pro staff Kunihiko Hamamoto, the Argo 200 is built for anglers deliberately targeting big seabass on oversized surface lures. It is available in eight colourways ranging from clear finishes through to matte patterns.
