BLUE GLOW SEAL (ブルーグローシール) is a photoluminescent seal that glows a natural blue similar to fleeing baitfish, adding appeal to jigs and lures in murky or mid-depth water. It is ultra-thin, adheres firmly, and conforms to curved surfaces.
