Information

The blank

The T-CONNECTION AREA lineup spans five distinct actions — an ultra-light feeding taper (S60UL), a bottom-oriented regular taper (S60M), a solid tip for long PE casts (S62M-ST), a high-activity medium-light taper (S61ML) and a glass-composite light action for cranking (S61L-G) — each tuned to a specific area-trout technique.

What it's built for

Built as Timon's high-end area-trout series to match the brand's own lures, covering low-activity feeding fish through to active, chasing trout in stocked pond fisheries.

How it fishes

Match the model to the technique: slow, delicate presentations on the S60UL, bottom-hugging retrieves on the S60M, long-distance PE casting on the S62M-ST, brisk retrieves for active fish on the S61ML and cranking plugs on the glass S61L-G.

The setup it likes

Pair with a 1000-size spinning reel, 2–4lb fluorocarbon or Ester/PE line matched to the model, and a short fine leader for stocked area trout.
