End Belt (エンドベルト) is TENRYU's protective sleeve that fits over a rod's joint section during transport, guarding it from knocks and keeping sand and dust out of the ferrule.
The M size measures approximately 190 x 60mm; the maker recommends it for thin rods and 2-piece rod types. The line also includes an L size (280 x 60mm, for thicker rods or bundles of two or more rods) — this listing stocks the M size only.
