Information

The blank

A 40t high-elasticity carbon blank with a 30t carbon solid tip gives AJIST TZ a crisp, EX Fast load, and a Feedback Booster Technology butt-end hole amplifies vibration feedback from tiny jig heads.

What it's built for

A high-end ajing rod built for 'clear sensitivity' when fishing light jig heads for aji around structure, lit areas and current edges at night or in low light.

How it fishes

Grip-area weight cut by roughly 25% versus the previous series keeps the balance forward and light, useful for detecting the faint taps aji give on the drop and slow retrieve.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a 1000-1500 size spinning reel on 1-3lb fluorocarbon or PE0.1-0.4 with a light fluorocarbon leader.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
