Description
The Bottom Knock Swimmer Area is an area-lake tuned version of Smith's Bottom Knock Swimmer, with the internal weight lightened by roughly 1g to slow both the sink rate and the side-to-side swing speed for stillwater trout. It measures around 30mm and weighs 2.2g.
A straight retrieve gives a horizontal swimming action with the tail sweeping side to side, while twitching on slack line switches it into a sharp, unpredictable swing. It comes fitted with a Van Hook SP-31BL #8 on a double split ring.
