The 541TC ロッドティップカバーII (Rod Tip Cover II) is a padded rod cover from Shout built to protect the fragile tip section of jigging rods when carrying them from home to car to boat. A rear adjustable zipper lets it expand from holding a single rod up to bundling multiple large-diameter-guide rods together.
