Information

The swimming action

Dig in 1.4g is a lightweight area-trout spoon that wobbles on a straight retrieve and flutters as it sinks, with a touch more weight than the 0.9g version for easier casting into wind.

When to throw it

Suits area lakes and small stillwaters through the stocking season, useful when trout want a natural presentation but a little extra distance or depth is needed.

How to work it

Fish it on a slow, steady retrieve, or count it down and work it back with a lift-and-fall; most takes come as it flutters down on the pause.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a light L area rod, 1000–2000 size reel, 2–3 lb line and no leader for stocked trout.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
