This listing stocks four colourways: 086 Moroko (Moroko), A27 Natural Worm (Natural Worm), A32 Oboroge Shrimp (Oboroge Shrimp) and A33 Bristly Worm (Bristly Worm).

Information

The swimming action

The redesigned curl tail on the G-Tail Saturn kicks hard even on a dead-slow retrieve, giving a strong, rhythmic thump that reins built specifically to keep working when fished light and slow rather than burned back fast.

When to throw it

A versatile bass bait for ponds, rivers and lakes across the season, useful both as a subtle finesse swimmer in cold or pressured water and as a searching bait when covering water at a normal pace.

How to work it

Rig on a jighead, Texas rig or shakey head and swim it on a slow, steady retrieve, letting the tail provide the action; it also works on a gentle lift-and-fall.

The setup it likes

Pairs with a 6'6"–7' medium spinning or light baitcasting rod, a 2500 spinning reel or low-profile baitcaster, 8–12lb fluorocarbon or braid, and a 6–10lb fluorocarbon leader.
