Information

The swimming action

The Aji Caro Swamp is a long, slim soft bait built around an ultra-fine ring tail that folds easily inside an aji's mouth, giving a subtle, low-resistance action rather than a hard kick.

When to throw it

Its long, slim profile imitates juvenile conger eel and sand lance patterns, making it a match-the-hatch option for aji feeding on these baitfish in light saltwater.

How to work it

Fish it slowly on a light jig head to let the ring tail work; the profile is designed for a strong hook-up rate once an aji commits, rather than for an aggressive triggering action.

The setup it likes

A light ajing rod matched to a 1–3 g jig head, 2–4 lb PE main line and a short 4–6 lb fluorocarbon leader on a small 2000 size spinning reel.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
