Description

The Palms Lakezee is a rod series built to master lake-shore slow jigging for trout. In this style, the rod tip governs the jig, so each power class is tuned to deliver exactly the power the jig needs straight from a held-rod position, letting anglers draw out jig action with minimal reeling while keeping jig travel short but still appealing to trout.

The blank is reinforced with an X-pattern carbon-sheet wrap that raises torsional rigidity while cutting weight, and is finished with a cork grip and natural wood reel seat. The LSZS-990 (Power 0, 9ft.9in, 2pc, 7-25g lures, 3-12lb line, 164g) is built to efficiently work depths within 10m, while the LSZS-991 (Power 1, 9ft.9in, 2pc, 10-30g lures, 6-16lb line, 170g) is built for bottom-hugging fish patrolling beyond 10m; the two are typically fished together to cover a day's changing activity windows.
