Description

The Palms Bit Arts RED Tiny Splasher 100S (ビットアーツレッドタイニースプラッシャー100S) is a bite-sized, sinking version of Palms' Splasher shape, model code TSP-100S. Its slow-sink rate lets it rise from just under the surface to the surface on a slow retrieve while still covering long casting distances.

It carries the Splasher's signature rolling body action: a panicked baitfish-fleeing action at high retrieve speed, and a subtle micro-roll without disturbing its silhouette at very low speed, covering everything from small-baitfish patterns to bachi (polychaete-hatch) patterns. Effective from knee-to-thigh-deep shallow flats to rivers and small rocky shorelines, it reproduces the Splasher's surface wake trail in a slim, short body for seabass games. 100mm, 11g, sinking, Hook Size #10, offered in 15 colours.

The Tiny Splasher is a bite-sized, slow-sinking stickbait with a rolling body action: a panicked, baitfish-fleeing wobble at high retrieve speed and a subtle micro-roll at very low speed that keeps its silhouette calm.

When to throw it

Suited to seabass in shallow water, from knee-to-thigh-deep flats to rivers and small rocky shorelines, and to bachi (polychaete hatch) events as well as general small-baitfish patterns.

How to work it

Fish it on a slow, steady retrieve so it rises from just under the surface to the surface, leaving a wake trail; vary retrieve speed to swap between the fast fleeing action and the subtle low-speed roll.

Suits a light seabass spinning rod around L to ML power with a 2500 reel, 6-10 lb braid and a 12-16 lb fluorocarbon leader for skinny-water seabass fishing.
