ニッコークロー 3.2inch is a bass fishing soft plastic craw from Nikko Kasei, shaped to mimic a crayfish in a threatened, defensive posture — angled belly and shell, a wide claw spread and a tail positioned in an escape stance.

A tail fin resists line twist on the cast and retrieve, and slits in the body allow a weedless, straight offset-hook insertion. The bait is molded in a tough styrene elastomer infused with a shrimp-powder scent formula, giving roughly six times the hook-tear durability of standard soft plastics.

The Nikko Craw is a soft-plastic crayfish bait molded in a tough, shrimp-scented styrene elastomer, with claws and antennae that flutter and kick on the fall and settle into a defensive, threatened posture at rest.

When to throw it

Suited to fishing rock, wood and other cover where bass hold tight to structure, and useful year-round as a crayfish imitation on the bottom or pitched into cover.

How to work it

Fish it on a jig or Texas rig with a slow drag-and-hop retrieve along the bottom, pausing in cover to let the claws settle; roughly six times the hook-tear durability of standard soft plastics holds up to repeated bites.

Pairs with a medium-heavy baitcasting rod, a low-profile baitcaster or 3000 size spinning reel, and 12–16 lb fluorocarbon or braid with a fluorocarbon leader for structure fishing.
