Information

The swimming action

A goby-imitation swimbait sized and weighted to sit low in the water column, swimming with a tight, natural roll suited to bottom-hugging forage fish.

When to throw it

Suited to bass keyed on goby and sculpin-type forage over rock, gravel and hard bottom, particularly where these bottom-dwelling baitfish are a dominant food source.

How to work it

Fish it slow and low, dragging or hopping it along the bottom to mimic a goby's darting, bottom-hugging movement rather than a mid-water swim.

The setup it likes

A 6'8"-7ft medium spinning or baitcasting rod with a 2500 reel or 6.5:1 baitcaster, 8-12 lb fluorocarbon.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
