Description

The New Solpara Kishi Taco SPK-S702H/TACO is a 7'0" two-piece spinning rod (up-lock reel seat) built specifically for shore-based octopus fishing, released April 2025. It casts egi/lures up to 42g on 1-4 go PE line, has a Regular Fast action, and a standard weight of 131g.

The blank combines fine tip control - so an octopus takes the egi or lure without hesitation - with the sensitivity to register a subtle bite, and the butt power needed to strip a bottom-clinging octopus off the rocks.
