WILD SIDE VARIANT (ワイルドサイドヴァリアント) is Legit Design's brushed-up offshoot of the original WILD SIDE series, built on newly designed blanks that blend carbon of several moduli (24t-46t) with full-length aramid-fibre reinforcement. Variant models carry Fuji titanium-frame Torzite-ring guides and a non-slip-painted Fuji ECS (baitcasting) or VSS (spinning) reel seat.
