The Pintail Sagoshi Tune 28g is a 90mm, super-sinking heavy metal minnow built by Jackson specifically for sagoshi (juvenile Spanish mackerel), part of the long-running Pintail series. Its flat, three-sided body is designed to throw an irregular, sudden flash mid-wobble during a fast retrieve, breaking up an otherwise regular action to trigger reaction bites from fish keyed onto flash. A through-wire construction runs the length of the body for extra strength, so if the body itself is ever damaged during a fight, the fish can still be landed on the wire.
