Description

The RV-Driftfry 3.0" is a rip-bodied soft bait built for mid-strolling (midst) and hover-strolling (hovast) techniques, where a lightweight jig head is shaken and slowly retrieved through mid-depth water. A rip moulded into the head converts rod input into an enticing rolling action while limiting forward travel, so the bait holds in the target zone, and a nail-sinker hole in the rip doubles as a hovast reference point.

A two-layer "Live Core" construction gives the body a realistic sense of depth and colour, and a guide hole helps with accurate jig head placement. It is an FECO-certified item, usable in JB/NBC tournaments.

Information

The swimming action

A rip moulded into the head converts rod input into a rolling action while limiting forward travel, so the bait holds in the target zone rather than swimming away on each shake.

When to throw it

Built for mid-strolling and hover-strolling presentations over mid-depth structure, useful when bass are suspended off the bottom and want a slow, natural bait.

How to work it

Shake a lightweight jig head slowly through mid-depth water, using the nail-sinker hole as a hover-strolling depth reference; let the two-layer body's rolling action do the work rather than a fast retrieve.

The setup it likes

Suits a medium-light spinning rod, 6-8 lb fluorocarbon and a light strolling-style jig head.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
