Description

The Jackall Peaceton Shad 2.8" is a 2.8 inch soft plastic bait for bass, supplied 6 to a pack, with a spare eye sticker sheet included so anglers can add eyes if they wish (a drop of super glue holds them more firmly). Its shaped tail generates a strong, complex kicking action on both a straight retrieve and a mid-strolling presentation.

It was developed alongside Jackall pro angler Takuma Hata, known for his rig work, and is sold alongside the twin-tailed Peaceton Fry 2.8" as a pairing of two different actions for his rigs.

Information

The swimming action

The shaped shad tail kicks hard on a straight retrieve and holds a complex wobble when worked with a mid-strolling presentation.

When to throw it

Suited to bass keyed on baitfish in open water or along cover edges, wherever a stronger-actioned swimming bait is wanted than a straight worm.

How to work it

Retrieve steadily on a jig head, or swim it with a mid-strolling lift-shake-drop cadence to keep the tail kicking through the fall.

The setup it likes

Suits a medium-light to medium spinning rod, 6-10 lb fluorocarbon and a matching swimbait-style jig head.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.

Is it genuine stock?

Yes. Every item is genuine, sourced only through authorised distributors — never grey imports or marketplace resellers.
