Description

The Flick Shake 500 4.8" is a soft plastic stick worm from Jackall, moulded from the highest specific-gravity material used in the Flick Shake range to date — five times the salt loading of the original Flick Shake, giving bass more reason to hold on once they've taken it. The compound is also worked with a shrimp powder and shrimp oil formula for scent and taste.

The extra density brings out a pronounced shimmy fall on a no-sinker wacky rig, with a self-driven action and strong water push, and the bait still suits a standard jig-head wacky set-up. Available in Gasagasa Striped Shrimp, Sight Sherbet Worm, and the two-tone Kuwase Goby, Green Pumpkin/Pink and Double Green Pumpkin colourways.

Information

The swimming action

The highest salt loading in the Flick Shake range gives it a pronounced, self-driven shimmy fall with a strong water push, while the shrimp scent and flavour formula encourages fish to hold on longer.

When to throw it

Suited to a no-sinker wacky presentation for pressured bass in open water and light cover, where the extra density and scent help close out bites that a lighter worm might miss on the shake.

How to work it

Fish it on a no-sinker wacky rig to bring out the pronounced shimmy fall, or use a standard jig-head wacky set-up for a more controlled presentation around cover and drop-offs.

The setup it likes

A light-to-medium spinning rod around 6'6"-7', a 2500 size reel and 6-10lb fluorocarbon suit this worm's no-sinker wacky presentation and its added density and scent for pressured bass in any season.

Straight answers

How is it priced?

We give you the cheapest available price, as we get it directly from the distributors. You pay what an angler in Japan pays, plus postage.

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 8 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

Australia and the US: 7 to 14 business days on Standard or Economy, 2 to 7 on Express EMS. Europe and the UK: 10 to 20 business days, 3 to 7 on EMS. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

Australia: no duty on orders under A$1,000 and GST is already in the price. US: orders under US$800 clear duty-free. EU and UK: VAT is collected at checkout so nothing is due on delivery for standard orders.
