Jackall BLEEKER TOPPY 67F

Jackall BLEEKER TOPPY 67F/50F (ブリーカートッピー67F/50F) is a pencil popper for kurodai (chinu / black sea bream). A fin mounted under the jaw dramatically sharpens the response of the dog-walk action, so it keeps working cleanly in wind, waves and current and is easy for anglers of any experience level to work. Adjusting line tension and input strength shifts it from a wide-slide, fast-tempo search to a tight, patient head-shake worked on one spot; the popping action is very resistant to fouling and calls fish from a distance with a soft "pokon" pop, staying effective in rough water.

Tail-weighted construction (volume and centre of gravity concentrated toward the tail) gives a stable flight attitude for long casts — Jackall's own measurement recorded an average of 52.2m (PE0.6, 10lb leader, 7'7" rod, average of 5 casts). Official specs for the 67F are 67mm, 9g, floating, hook size #8; a downsized 50F (50mm/5.6g) was later added for finicky bites and small bait.
