Description

The Rockfish Bug Heavy Salt is issei's all-purpose rockfish soft plastic worm in a heavier-gauge specification, built around a streamlined body with three pairs of legs that generate fine vibration on both quick and slow retrieves. Increasing the material's specific gravity gives it stronger affinity with seawater for a more natural swimming action. This 2.6in size ships five to a pack and is matched to a #2/0–4/0 multi-offset hook.

Rig it Texas-style or paired with issei's Rockfish Ball jighead: a lift-and-fall retrieve produces a thrashing-tail wave action, while a straight retrieve pushes water through the thick body — both aimed at drawing strikes from rockfish.
