Description

The K-Ta 77 Suspend is a 77mm, 12g suspending minnow built around a magnet weight-transfer system that delivers strong casting distance with a quick, stable launch. Its horizontal suspend attitude lets the lure hover mid-retrieve, creating a deliberate "feeding pause" the instant you stop the retrieve or action, paired with a tight, captivating swimming action. It carries a #6 treble hook and #3 split ring.

Aimed at seabass in harbours, small rivers and boat games, the K-Ta 77 Suspend is built for the moments you know seabass are holding and want to trigger the bite there and then.

Information

The swimming action

Built around a magnet weight-transfer system, the K-Ta Suspend casts a long way for its size and settles into a horizontal suspend, hovering mid-retrieve rather than rising or sinking away.

When to throw it

A seabass suspending minnow for harbours, small rivers, tidal flats, estuaries and boat games, particularly useful when fish are known to be holding at a specific depth and need triggering there and then.

How to work it

Twitch it down and pause to let it hang horizontally in the strike zone; the deliberate stop creates a feeding pause that draws a reaction bite from fish that have already seen the lure.

The setup it likes

A 7–8ft ML spinning rod, 2500 reel, PE 0.6–0.8 line and an 8–12lb fluorocarbon leader suit this size range.
